# Tenant not paid deposit and 1st months rent

Hi  
A tenant hasn’t yet paid deposit and 1st month rent through the portal. How does open rent then deal with this as would like to cancel the contract and keep holding deposit as not resolved this morning?  
Doesn’t provide confidence for future months!
