Is there a way I can enter the questions I want answered?
I selected the option, but is it only asking them the basics like smoking, pets etc?
I have a set of questions I would like to ask them if possible.

Two options
A. Ask the questions in a standard message you send once you get an enquiries about having a viewing
B. Add to your auto reply message
Both will be annoying unless you take time to tailor to not ask anything a tenant alreadytells you
Both will be ignored by most tenants
Best is speak to them instead

Agreed, most prospective tenants will give your and OR questions a good stiff ignoring and will try and bluff there way to get a viewing. Sometimes its not the tenants fault, they simply do not read the emails they are sent by OR and these go into their junk folder. The sensible prospective tenants will get ‘verified’ by OR prior to start the enquiries. It give them a head start on declaring a clean credit file and the like.
