I’m looking for some advice about tenant referencing.
I live and work in the UK, but my wife has a company overseas. Most of her income comes from this business — it’s paid once a year and can be shown through her accountant or tax documents.
We’re interested in renting a property together, but I’m not sure what’s the best way to go through referencing since most of our income comes from outside the UK and isn’t received monthly.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Would it be better to provide accountant letters, tax returns, or show savings instead?
Any tips or experiences with agents or Goodlord referencing would be really helpful.
