# Tenants can't call us

We are having issues when tenant’s try to reach us on the numbers provided from Zoopla and Rightmove . No one can reach us on our numbers. Any suggestions?

The initial contact is through the OpenRent platform. You can then, if you wish give them your number and start telephone conversations.
