# Tennant has moved a family into our property

Hope someone can help  
My tenant has moved a family in to our property, which has caused overcrowding I sent him several letters asking him to remove this family from the property but he has just ignored the letters.  
Any advice

Your only real option is to evict him and the bailiffs will clear everyone out.
