Good afternoon My tenant should of left my property on 4th April 2020 but refused. Due to the corona virus I was unable to get bailiffs . Now he has flooded the property and made it unfit. He has also left leaving his clothes etc but not much furniture as it’s a furnished property. Where do I stand? Many thanks ---

And if he views this he can now sue you, and possibly Openrent for defamation. ---
