Continuing the discussion from Evicted on false grounds:
Hi all,
Just to update on this, it was a very lengthy process to get to tribunal and have my opportunity to take my former landlord to task.
Last week, she was found unanimously to have evicted me on false pretences and as a result I was awarded the maximum amount of compensation.
Thanks to everyone who engaged with me on this both positively and negatively.
