She just needs help with how she talks & acts when people show up to properties she’s here on open rent. Don’t try to argue with me about anything to do with who I should contact or anything of that nature. She’s here on open rent. She works with landlords showing their properties or owns all the properties in Manchester Simple as that. Maybe if I had a response from OR. I won’t need to come here for help or to complain.

Are you the landlord or tenant? Not sure I follow the part where you said you spent £60 getting to the property and she won’t let you in?
I thought the landlord pays the viewing agent but if you’re the landlord she won’t let you in? Doesn’t make sense.

It looks like you’re a tenant trying to organise viewings - just to clarify as it’s not immediately obvious from your post.
I’m not sure who “the viewing agent in the north” refers to, but just to let you know it’s the landlord that conducts the viewings for any given property. That means each property you enquire about will most likely be a different landlord.
On your account, I can only see 1 property that you’ve enquired about - however if you organised a viewing and the landlord didn’t turn up, you can message them for more information, and if you get no response you can use the “report listing” button so our team will investigate.

However, the majority of landlords do viewings themselves (I think around 90% of landlords live within several miles of their rental properties!), and with regards to the one enquiry I can see @Diamond enquired about, the viewings service wasn’t being used so I didn’t want to confuse things further!
I have one other account I’ve lost the details to my email connected to it. So I’ve made a new account. I’ve had issues with this women in the past while using my other account. She does all the viewings for every property I’ve tried to book a viewing with in Manchester apart from 2. There was almost 10. With this account. It was the viewing service I used thanks. I just feel like whatever the reason there’s no reason to always be rude to people after a while people are going to complain I’m not the first and I’m not the last I just thought I’d share this here because open rent didn’t answer my email.

You were dealing with a specific landlord, following your enquiry on our site. It sounds like it’s perhaps a big landlord in the area you’re looking for, and as I explained earlier, if they aren’t responding / turning up to viewings please do report them via our website.
But to avoid any mis-information I want to make plainly clear you aren’t talking about the accompanied viewings service offered by OpenRent here. It relates to specific landlord - which we’re happy to look into following any reports we receive.

@Diamond Why don’t you share your other account username to Daz who can then probably look into which viewing agent you’re talking about.

I think openrent need to verify if this is an openrent agent conducting the viewings, and clarify details.
I genuinely don’t mind sharing my email of my other account. I’ve emailed openrent at least to get help on how to deal with this situation and how to go around it im very professional & im very open with my moving process but this situation is really frustrating. I’m a parent I have 2 businesses the last thing I want to do is have issues with viewing properties

I don’t really know who she is I genuinely don’t she’s either a viewer or a landlord. I go search for properties I’m interested in a view all details because my anxiety is just like that I look into things too much. I look at the person who’s posted the property. At the bottom it’ll say who put the listing. It’s never her name but she’s always the person who messages me about bookings. It’ll literally say for example Amy made the listing but “M” will message me about the viewings. Literally happens everytime from open rent. And I was shocked the 3rd time it happened because I tried to make sure I avoided her because of the first time I showed up & she won’t let me even see the first house. I still don’t know why till today.
