# Waiting times for bailiff via Kingston Upon Thames County Court

I am a landlord and I have a property in Sutton, SM2 with non-paying tenants and went through the section 8 route, here is the key timeline

17th June 2024 - I submitted a claim form (N5, N119) for possession of property, online.

16th July 2024 - Court hearing date at Kingston Upon Thames County Court which had successful outcome.

25th July 2024 - Received in the mail a copy of the possession order (N26), that would have been sent to tenants at same time, which states tenants should vacate by 13th August 2024 otherwise landlord can request bailiffs.

14-August-2024 - Requested a Warrant of Possession (N325). Still waiting for a response from bailiffs.

**My question is, do any of you have specific recent experience with Kingston Upon Thames County Court and how long their bailiffs take to respond to a request for a warrant** and how long did you have to wait in total for an eviction date from the bailiffs from when the request for a warrant was placed.
