We have been landlord property investor for over 20 years and used Open Rent for as long as we can remember with good success over the years.
We are also tenants in Bexhill on Sea and have been for 5 years, unfortunately our landlord who we also dealt direct with(no letting agents used) died earlier this year and obviously the mortgage has defaulted and the mortgage company have served us a Section 8 ground 2 and given 4 months notice under the new RRA.
We are therefore looking for a rental property in Bexhill on Sea area TN39 TN40 East Sussex.
We currently live right on the sea front 
This may seem strange that a landlord is also renting, but we as we have had years of renting/landlord experience we would say we are the perfect tenants, as we know what a landlord prefers
