Where are the openrent payments?

I paid the deposit and the first month’s rent through the website, with a QR code that connected directly to my bank and, although the money came from the bank, when the transaction was finished it only appeared as processing. And in My Rentals it appears as if I had not yet paid: how long does this take to process? This is my first rental through open rent and I am worried that they are playing with money issues.

When did you instigate the payment process? Are we talking minutes, hours or days that you are concerned about?
