What’s wrong with my advert? A month and only 10 applicants. All unsuitable as some were scams, others asked for too many people to move in and some just don’t answer messages. It’s a small 2 bed flat only really suitable for 2 people or 2 people and 1 child.

Floorplan doesn’t indicate size of rooms so people will assume v small
Photos make rooms look small - use a wider angle
Why does text say contact openrent ? They aren’t doing the screening and viewings are they? You want them to contact you?
On rightmove within 1/2mile of postcode HP12 there are 2 beds as low as 1150pcm and the others at 1400 look bigger and have been on for a while, the highest is 1450. So you may priced at higher end of market but if the rooms are smaller and there’s nothing standout about it why would people pay that

RightMove is the only one that matters. Money well spent.
How did you get to be on for just one day?
Zoopla for the whole time. Then yesterday added Rightmove in addition. (It’s not just for one day). Got one enquiry today.

“One day” - I should’ve spotted that!
When a property is first added to RM it will get emailed out to people signed up to mailing lists. But the “new property effect” won’t be fully realised for a week as people have the option of receiving alert emails 1) instantly 2) daily 3) every three days 4) weekly
