# Wrong name used when sending holding deposit on Rent Now

The mother of my prospective tenant has paid the holding deposit but placed her name against this, rather than her daughter’s name. It is the daughter who is to be the tenant. I can’t seem to change the name and nor can the tenant. I now can’t seem to start referencing etc as it’s all in the incorrect name. Any clue how to change it to the correct name?
