Here in Wales an exam has to be passed to manage properties.

I own with my wife a small number of properties.

One was a student let but all now residential.

I am also a tenant as we couldn’t find a nicer property to buy for ourselves .

I have experience of letting over 30years and have dealt with deposit issues and taken one tenant to court in the past.
