Started renting out my properties in the late 1980’s. I’ve had in the past numerous tenants some good, some not so good. I have employed 2 managing agents in the past but now I do not go near them. Majority of agents are just after getting money and they do very little for a lot of money.
My advise: Stay away from agents. Do it all yourself. It is not difficult.
