I have an excellent team of sub contractors to manage all aspects of statutory commitments, repairs and maintenance.

I have a portfolio of property in the UK in the PRS, recently sold my property in France after 17 years of holiday rentals and currently rent property abroad in Spain for 6 months of the year whilst searching for a property to buy and let.

I do my own tenant find, tenant evaluation (right to rent, credit checks, application process) and tenant selection.
