I am looking for a 2 bed house in the rutland area as this is where work requires me to be. I work in a steady job as a taxi driver contracted to schools through the district council. My average earning is 2k p/m net. I have two children (11) and (13). I have been renting in Stamford for a year now with a landlord here on openrent and previously through estate agents. Sadly my landlord is selling due to their new mortgage rates being too high, I have references as to myself being a good tenant who has never missed a payment on rent and also I treat your house and your neighbours with up most respect, thank you.
