We need to move as at the moment we are in a 2-bed flat.

I am looking for a 3-bed house, for myself, my daughter, plus 2 grandchildren. We are looking anywhere in the south east, all the way across to Wales. Before the new Rules, i would have been able to put 6 month’s rent down, but we are no longer allowed to do that.

We would love to have a small garden, near schools and shops as neither of us drive. We would both need to find new jobs once moved, this is one of our biggest stumbling blocks.

The rent we are looking for a Max of £1000 a month.

We know this is a big ask.
