2/3 bed Property wanted in North east-cash paid weekly plus deposit

Hello all

I am a female working in adult entertainment industry. I’m looking for a property in Newcastle upon Tyne/Gateshead area. I am currently finding it hard to book an airbnb for long and having to move places every few days just to be in an affordable flat is a deap breaker for me. I recently booked a 2bed flat in a nice area to work from but there are multiple maintenance issues with it and I’d have to leave it very soon as it’s unfit for purpose. I can pay a deposit and rent paid weekly on a short term basis (less than a year). The property must be furnished or part furnished. I don’t cause issues or nuisance to neighbours Anyone interested please message me on here. Many thanks.

Agreed, ‘Adult entertainment industry’ does mean people may assume the worse.

Thank you for your replies and comments. I’d rather be upfront as I am looking for a property to live in and WORK FROM. Therefore, you do need to know. If not then it’ll lead to other issues later on which may cause the tenancy to come to an end. Previous landlords I have rented properties from did know about it and therefore I had no issues. I hope this helps clarify things.
