Myself and my partner are looking to rent a 2+ bed in or around the Swansea area from September onwards. I am currently completing a working PhD (funded by Welsh Government) and my partner is a full time supply teacher. Must include parking and ideally looking for somewhere with outdoor access, i.e., a garden/patio/balcony. Will consider any furnished/part-furnished or unfurnished.
