Asbestos has been found in the eaves of my block. It’s been there for 60 years.
I am being told to pay £9000 at once to pay for its removal and replacement.
The lease has the standard ‘repairs’ clause.
What can I do to delay paying as I do not have the money.
I’m also worried that the work itself will raise the danger of particles of asbestos being released and spreading.
