I just paid the reservation fee, signed the contract and waiting for their signature.
I just want to know as the one and only review on Google is concerning.

… and they have made serious losses for every one of the last 6 years at least. It’s a one-man band and I wouldn’t trust them based on the info on Companies House.

So I went to see the property, everything seems to be exactly how’s presented in an ad.
however the woman who did the tour knew NOTHING about the property, like I could have just walked round there and she told me to not record/take photos of the property.
that was strange, however still was as presented
You can look up any company on the Companies House website. If you look up Ask Estates Limited, you can look at their company accounts (look for Total exemption full accounts PDFs in the Filing History tab). These show that from 2018 until 2023 (the last accounts available), the company made serious losses every year (figures are in () brackets to show that they are negative).
red flag… what legitimate reason could they have for preventing you doing that?
