Conflict between OpenRent address format and Equifax address leading to Credit File not found

I have failed referencing due to “Insufficient Information Provided” as “We were unable to locate your credit record.” It appears this is a known issue due to a conflict in how my current address appears on my credit file and the format in which you have submitted the search. On OpenRent the format is X Building Name, with commas, and on Equifax it is Flat X Building Name without commas. There is no option on OpenRent for me to manually edit my address so the addresses match. This is incredibly poor. You need to hire a backend developer or allow addresses to be manually edited. It is simply unbelievable that your system breaks so easily, creating unwarranted concern for the landlord and stress to me. I have downloaded my credit file and uploaded it to OpenRent and contacted support. Please fix this issue asap.
