I found two tenants for my apartment. One has a job so can pay monthly whereas the other is a student so has to pay 6 months in advance. How does this work on open rent ?
If they are signing a joint tenancy, you’ll need to sign a monthly tenancy.
If they then wishe to voluntarily pay you more in advance, when the student get their grant, they can do that.
If that is the plan, do not use OR rent collection service.
