Just looking for any help and advice. This topic has probably been covered before but I can’t seem to find answers anywhere. I’ve got elderly tenants in a property whom are both ill. I require the property back for my elderly father to return to or to sell to cover large care home fees.
How do I approach this? I really don’t know where to start.
