Going periodic tenancy

Couple questions about going periodic if anyone can help?

  • Do I re-send start documents? (EPC, ERIC, Right to rent)

  • Mydeposits, is there a option to change to periodic? It’s currently shows tenancy end date. Do deposit registration documents need to be re-sent?

No and no.

You don’t need to do anything.

Assuming this is a Statutory Periodic Tenancy, if the How to Rent document has changed since you first gave it to the tenant then you must re-serve that. If the deposit is in an insured deposit scheme then you should check if the insurance must be renewed. Otherwise nothing to do.

Wouldnt a new yearly GSC need to be provided ?

No, there is no requirement to re-serve the GSC, EPC or EICR

Thanks everyone. I have spoken to MyDeposits today, and they have advised to do noting regarding deposits.
