Prospective tenants have nominated a guarantor to cover one of the individuals who does not meet the income standard.
However the system is just offering me to accept or reject this proposed guarantor without any reference check being done (which I paid for to do the tenants). How do I get openrent to do their reference checking service for this guarantor?
You accept the guarantor nomination, and then I think you’ll find it’ll take you back to referencing screen.
