I use Open Rent, they can do as kittle or as much as you like with a fixed price. Rent collection is £10 per month per property. I use them to sift applicants, carry out references and credit checks and setting up of the contract.I think the high Street prices are way too expensive for what you get from them.
I use high street agency but negotiate to let only package at half price and do my own views. Rent collection is nothing but direct debit in my case. And the reason for doing my own views is to try to pick right people as I will be dealing with them later on. Even then there is no guarantee for getting a good tenant and I got it wrong in the past and put it into experience bucket. Selection algorithm improves every time!

I get a great service from Lets Rent in Bristol for 10%.
Just be aware that Agents are working for themselves and not for you, when something goes wrong they will not be liable.
