How do we refund it? I don’t see the option.
We state in the ad that we don’t take holding deposits at all. They just didn’t read this far.
This issue came up in another thread recently. It’s not yours to refund. I think there may be an option to reject it. If not, if you don’t accept it, it will be automatically refunded after 72 or 96 hours. I can’t remember which but it should be easy enough to research.
