House Probate Value for CGT

The long-term Tenant is moving out, so I now wish to sell my Mum’s house that I inherited.
I have been online and see that Probate of the total Estate was valued at £308K in 2015 but do not now how to go about finding out how much her house was valued at so that I can ready myself for calculating CGT, so I have come to the Hive Mind here as I am very sure someone will know how I can find this out.
Many thanks for any help given x

You can pay a surveyor/valuer to give you a figure that you can rely on for cgt purposes.

Your solicitor should have calculated IHT at the time probate was granted and part of the calculations would have been the value of the property then. If you weren’t executor, then get in touch with exec or the orig solicitor as they will be able to give you a copy of the IHT calculation.

Thank you for the replies.
All sorted now - the solicitors had found the file - that’s a whole other story and emailed a copy of the paperwork over to me,
