I am moving to Bristol and finding it really hard to find a decent 1bhk or studio in Bristol city centre. The good ones are so expensive almost same as london prices.
I currently live in london zone 6 and prices in Bristol city are higher.
Is there a room for price negotiation to what is offered on site initially?
