Me and my partner are looking for a 2 or 3 bed house in Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 (only).
Areas interested in: Cronton, Farnworth, Appleton, Ditton.
•We are wanting to move before Christmas or at the beginning of January 2021.
•We are seeking a Long Term let only.
•Landlord must accept DSS and Pets.
•Must have a garden OR a large yard.
•We are looking for something up to £650/£675 PCM.
Me and my partner are both on Universal Credit and seeking work. We always pay our rent as it is our top priority. We are currently in a private rented property and can provide rent receipts to show that we pay our rent.
We have 2 large dogs, who are good dogs. They are clean and not destructive. We always clean up after them and disinfect outside.
We are both non smokers, we are clean and tidy, we are quiet tenants, we are house proud and we will respect the property always.
