How to check dues when tenant is moving out

Hi experts,

How do i check if my tenant has paid the council tax and no dues from utilities companies when moving out. Is there a report or service I can request ? Or should i just ask him to confirm that they have paid all the dues

It doesn’t affect you. Just notify utilities of meter reads and day you took on responsibility and let council know tenant has moved out.

If they owe money that’s between them and the council/company.

As above, if you notified all utilities and CT of the new tenants details when they moved in, you have no liability.
