This is how I understand it, but we are checking everything with a solicitor. It seems most we have spoken to only have one thought process of follow the section 8 etc… without listening to what the actual situation is, but we will check everything.
It still blows my mind that the only negative to anyone acting like this, is to have a ccj against your name (which obviously hasn’t affected her to this point), no fine or anything above the rent that she is due to pay anyway, if we can ever get that back from her. Thank you so much for your help and support, to everyone on here. It does help in a very stressful situation.
