My understanding is that this will only be financially viable in very particular circumstances, as its considered a disposal and will likely trigger CGT and possibly stamp duty. I would suggest some independent advice first.
Sounds like you need a property accountant?
Think you need to get advice from your lenders on whether possible as the BTL mortgages will have been lent to you based on you as individuals not to any company? So may not be possible to transfer the mortgages or may incur a fee. So ask your lenders/mortgage broker, who may also be able to recommend someone to help with setting up the company
You will also need a solicitor to do the property transfers (and there will be stamp duty to pay)
