Hi
Looking to re finace a BTL. Natwest valued the property up but down vauled rent by £50pcm although its currently rented out at the higher rate and rents in the area are even higher… very frustrating… fortunately survey was free. I dont want to upset the good tenant by keep sending surveyor round…does anyone have experience with any better lenders??

Give London and country a call they are independent free and always get me a good deal with a variety of lenders
