That sounds terrible. As others have mentioned, contact the council. You should also be able to report loud building work outside permitted hours to the council. Shelter has some more info on this I would also gather as much evidence as possible regarding the behaviour of this managing agent (photos, videos, timeline etc). What does your landlord think of their managing agent’s behaviour? Is he/she aware?

It sounds an awful situation and do report them but two weeks left to go, is it worth the stress insisting on things? I do empathise with you. I’ve had similar situations where other flats are doing works 24/7. Do report them. At the very least they should provide a schedule of works and stick within the allowed hours for noisy works. I don’t think you can do anything about quiet works. It is very tricky being a landlord in a situation like that as no time is a good time for everyone but they do sound like bullies but I five know the two sides of the story.
