I’m interested in the 2-bed property and looking to move around 31 January 2026.
It would be 1 adult and 1 child. I can provide proof of income, references, and Right to Rent documents. My credit file is improving, so I’m happy to offer rent upfront (3–6 months) if preferred.
Parking is essential. I’m flexible on furnished or unfurnished.
