We are looking for a 4 bed home within the Exeter area or within 25-30 mins drive from Exeter and we are looking to move into the property in Jan/Feb 2026.

We have 3 adults and 2 children and 2 dogs and 3 cats.

We can afford a rent up to £1600 and can provide a reference from our current landlord.
