Unfortunately our landlord is selling her property so we have to find somewhere new. We have rented the current property for 10 years with no fuss.
It is me, my fiancé , our daughter (teenager), 2 cats (older, house trained, sleep all day they are no trouble)
We need to be moved by end of September, looking for 2 bed minimum with a bit if outdoor space. If worst comes to the worst our cats will have to be rehomed if we need to find a property without pets but we would be devastated to lose them and want to stay together.
Both working full time in stable jobs (I’m employed, fiance is self employed currently but with a view to going employed)
Can provide job references, character references, current landlord reference has been requested.
If anyone knows of anywhere suitable for get in touch, this market is so fast moving!! Faster than when we came to this house 10 years ago!
