I am a 28 year old Prison Officer, who has recently transferred back to the area (Warrington), I am currently lodging back at my mothers until I find a property to rent.
I am a none smoker, I do not have any pets.
I am currently looking for anything that ranges between £350-£550pcm.
I will be the only tenant for the first month but my Girl friend plans to move up with me soon as she finds employment, she’s a mental health nurse.
My yearly income is just shy of £30k but last year with overtime I earned £39.5k, I am happy to provide bank statements and proof of earnings etc as part of the vetting process.
I am available for viewings tonight, but then my next available days off are 24th-25th-26th and 27th.
