Multiple Guarantors? or run check again?

Landlady here:
I have a prospective tenant on benefits and has offered 2 names as guarantors. I’ve not come across this before. Tenant is hoping it is acceptable for the guarantors to cover the rent should that ever be necessary.
I have credit checked through Open Rent the first guarantor and, whilst on a decent income) they are not earning enough for affordability. However, they said that one of their incomes has not been included in the affordability check.
Should I just get them to try to re-run the affordability check through Open Rent to include both sources of income or will Open Rent not be able to do that?
