Does anyone have any experience completing N5B form for accelerated possession please? I’ve been looking for guidance notes online but am unable to find any. I would rather complete the form myself than instruct a solicitor as I can’t afford any additional costs. I issued the section 21 and the tenant is not leaving. Unfortunately they are aware of the system and are waiting for the council to rehouse them. Grateful for any advice if anyone has had experience of this. Thanks

You may want to instruct a solicitor as if it goes wrong you may not get a second chance with RRB coming in
NRLA doesn’t provide any info for N5B form, just section 21. RRB won’t have any impact as I’m selling the property. Thanks for the advice though.

Whose helpline? It’s the court that the forms are submitted to and they wouldn’t assist with this.
The n r l a have a legal helpline. I made a mistake on my contract and they advised me how to deal with it
I would have thought they could advise you how to deal with it as it is a legal issue
