Myself and my husband are looking for a 2 or 3-bed, anywhere between Grantham and Warwick (we’ve been looking in Melton, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire etc.), so we have a massive area we’ll consider! It MUST be in an area thats safe for the cats, ideally off the beaten track, on the edge of fields, something like that. It will be a long-term let, ideally several years (min 4-5, possibly longer) rather than a 12-month contract.
I work in a prison and he is an ambulance technician, training to be a Paramedic. We’re a middle-aged couple with a joint income of approximately £65k pa. We have been in our current rental property for 6 years and have 4 cats.
Our reason for moving is that we want to be nearer my husbands place of work, so he doesnt have to commute the long distance between Grantham and Warwick. We’re ready to move within the next 4 weeks. Thanks
