How does a tenant get the Rent Now emails sent again as he has messaged that his mail box was full and so he hasn’t received the email

What email is he missing? Can he not login and follow any steps on screen? I would’ve thought if this was the email inviting him to pay a deposit and start rent now, that he would be able to do that by logging in
