I am close to completion of contract signing, but the tenant wants to make their regular payments a day later than the start of the tenancy because that’s when they get paid.
How can I contact Openrent to ask how we do this. It’s frustrating going through all the “contact us” section FAQ’s only for there not to be an option for contact other than this forum.
I had a tenant who came in 4 days earlier than the" payday". She simply paid me 4 days rent in cash .In fact she offered it.
