We’ve started the renting process for a wonderful flat we’re so in love with and now we have to go through the referencing process.
We have run to an issue where because of COVID both my only guarantor (earning £80k plus) and my partner (earning £22,500 soon to move to £25k) are in the probation periods of their jobs. Will this fail us in the reference checks?
Other details:
I’m on £25,000;
My partner and I will be living together;
The flat is £1,375 a month.
