I need a place around London im a working mother but on maternity leave I have 2 boy children age 10 and 7 and also have a baby on the way before you ask father is around but currently working in USA.
I receive universal credit and maternity pay combined income of £3550
I also have savings if anyone has a place for me around London I would be very grateful I never have had any problems with renting or rental payments just a quiet family please understand I’m drained.
I’ve used open rent before to get my current place I speak with landlords they either don’t reply or use someone else after me fitting criteria I understand there are loads of people needing places why I’ve took it to discussion board
