Hi A landlord wants £189.00 holding deposit…Will i get it back if not successful?
thru openrent or not .? Have you viewed the place ?
Through open rent and transfer from Me…I just want to know if I get it back, if I am not successful in renting the place please?
Paying thru openrent yes. as long as you give accurate information to the landlord about yourself. You pay thru openrent, not direct to landlord
Thank you …So if The landlord picks someone else Better than me in their eyes…and they create a corrupt reason or lie about me …They keep the money ?..I only want to pay ONE holding deposit and not multiple ones and multiple losses.
I haven’t viewed it yet …but tempted to pay the holding deposit …or pay it after I see it soon.
Don’t place a holding deposit without the Landlords consent. Arrange a viewing first.
