The biggest flaw with digging deeper is that it all depends on how good their story is. Almost impossible to verify, whereas facts speak for themselves. Even those who never did drama seem to be able to turn it on when the need arises

If only this was possible.
A guarantor is the best we can hope for. With this comes inflated risk, time and hassle. (And cost to some).
